Program Description The Information Technology department is responsible for all computer related hardware and software and all phone systems. This department also maintains the fiber and wireless networks that tie all of the city facilities together for data communications.
Program Objectives To provide the users with the technology tools they need to perform their jobs smarter, faster, and cheaper To constantly review the use of technology and determine whether the right technology is being used To listen to the needs of the users and recommend solutions based on those needs To review existing work processes and identify those that can gain efficiency from a technological solution
