The City of Granbury’s General Contractor, Steele & Freeman, Inc., will host a pre-bid conference for the construction of the new Granbury Police Station on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., at the Lake Granbury Conference Center (621 East Pearl Street).

The City is asking that all interested construction companies attend the meeting for the building of the $10 million, 29,000 sq. ft. facility. There will be a 15-20-minute slideshow to inform attendees about the new police station construction project.

Immediately following the pre-bid conference, all interested parties will head out to the new police station project site for a walk-thru. It is important to note that MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING practices will need to be observed at the conference and at the construction site.
