[ARCHIVED] Trick-or-Treat Safely on the Historic Granbury Square

The City of Granbury invites families to enjoy a fun and safe Trick-or-Treat event on the Historic Granbury Square on Thursday, October 30, from 3 to 5 p.m.

For Families:

  • Keep young children close and always accompany them while walking.
  • Cross streets at designated crosswalks.
  • Plan a safe route around the Square and watch for cars in busy areas.

For Drivers:

  • Expect extra foot traffic throughout the Historic Square between 3 and 5 p.m.
  • Slow down and be alert for children crossing streets unexpectedly.
  • Avoid distractions—phones, eating, or anything that takes your attention off the road.
  • Consider alternate routes if possible to help keep everyone safe.

Trick-or-Treating on the Granbury Square is a cherished tradition. With a little extra caution from both drivers and families, we can ensure a fun and safe Halloween for everyone!
