Citizens say...
Earlier this month in a scientific survey, Granbury residents stated their views on proposed Texas legislation that would change lot sizes and other development regulations in Texas cities:
• 57 percent want city governments to continue making most of these decisions.
• Only one Granbury resident (less than 1 percent of respondents) believes the state should have control.
• 80 percent were unaware of the proposed legislation, meaning many Granbury residents could be caught off guard, confused, or opposed to the changes once they take effect.
