A REMINDER

The use, possession, or sale of fireworks within Granbury city limits 

is illegal

The ordinance reads in part: a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, or sell at retail any fireworks within city limits.  b) It shall be unlawful for any person to use or explode any fireworks within the corporate city limits or within five thousand feet of the city limits.
